Cancellation Policy
24 hour advanced notice is required. Cancellations must be made by phone. A $5 administrative fee will be charged to the credit card on file. No-shows,late arrivals, and cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice of the scheduled departure time will be charged the full fare.
Bethesda Shuttle is not responsible for delays caused by weather,traffic, and road conditions, mechanical failures, or any other conditions beyond it's control. Any costs that a customer incurs because of a delayed departure or arrival time, including missed flights and connections, are the sole responsibility of the customer.
If legal action is required to collect any monies due you will be responsible for all court costs, our attorney's fees, and the balance due.
Any damage to the vehicle caused by you or your guests, including any damage that requires extensive or heavy-duty cleaning, will result in a minimum charge of $100, based on the cost to repair the damage.
The use of any tobacco products, including smokeless, is prohibited.
No open alcoholic beverage containers are permitted.
Earbuds or headphones are required if you are using a personal audio device.
No pets, except for service animals are allowed on the bus.
Bethesda Shuttle reserves the right to refuse service to any person who is intoxicated,unruly, or otherwise creating a disturbance on the bus..
Bethesda Shuttle reserves the right to cancel any scheduled trips due to inclement weather. A full refund will be issued in the case of such an event.
